At Ruggers Rugby Supply, we stand by the quality of our gear. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and free of any field wear.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
