What is your return policy for team kits and custom orders?
Standard items can be returned within 30 days in original condition. However, custom team jerseys, numbered kits, and personalized gear are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer bulk discounts for rugby clubs and schools?
Yes, Ruggers Rugby Supply provides tiered pricing for bulk orders of balls, training equipment, and team uniforms. Please contact our sales team directly for a formal quote.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear in time for a weekend match.
Are your rugby balls shipped inflated or deflated?
To prevent damage during transit and reduce shipping costs, all rugby balls are shipped deflated. We recommend using a standard pump with a glycerin-lubricated needle for inflation.
